Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola talks about the move of Richard Hughes to Liverpool by two key scouts at the club.

AFC Bournemouth have appointed former Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola as their new head coach, hours after the shock dismissal of Gary O’Neil.

O’Neil was hired at the end of August when the club fired Scott Parker.
